  • Convert diverse orders (client sales, factory/CD transfers) into efficient transport loads using TMS.
  • Guarantee full order capture, route pricing with Procurement, and itinerary/lead time registration in SAP.
  • Optimize deliveries by grouping orders by region, business unit, or transport mode; critically evaluate TMS suggestions.
  • Offer optimized loads to contracted carriers or own fleet; perform spot bidding for unaccepted loads.
  • Resolve issues with Customer Service, Planning, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
  • Apply PDCA methodology to reduce freight variances, improve On-Time service, collection adherence, and minimize refusals/No-Shows.
  • Participate in SLA meetings with carriers, manage Control Tower performance, and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Drive productivity via LSS projects, prepare reports, and support tactical meetings like Task Force.
