Role Overview

The Junior Warehouse Analyst (Analista de Warehouse Jr.) at PepsiCo's distribution center in São José dos Pinhais reports directly to the Distribution Coordinator. This full-time role focuses on AOP, productivity, and operational management, interfacing with Sales, Customer Service, Transport, Planning, EHS, Logistics Quality, Finance/TAX, Procurement, Latam Projects, Real Estate, and suppliers. Emphasize zero defects, continuous improvement, efficiency, and top performance to deliver excellence in warehouse operations.

Your Impact

You will supervise key KPIs, ensure safety and quality compliance, manage trainings, oversee third-party providers, and guarantee 100% operational plan execution, including receipt, invoicing, service levels, regulatory docs, and SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Distribution Center (CD) KPIs via Scorecard: control, meet targets with corrective actions, and report monthly to the team.
• Oversee Safety & Sustainability: conduct audits, deliver 100% action plans, interface with EHS team.
• Manage mandatory safety trainings for admin/ops staff, plus machine/equipment sessions.
• Control third-party services: ensure execution, verify EHS-compliant documentation.
• Guarantee Quality via audits, 100% action plans, Logistics Quality team interface.
• Deliver daily operational plan: 100% volume receipt/invoicing, service level targets.
• Handle regulatory docs/fiscal obligations: regularize licenses with authorities, update displays.
• Ensure SOX compliance: zero failures through company policies and controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a completed Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI.
