WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

  • Security analysis, which involves monitoring and analysing alarms across multiple security products
  • Security engineering, including supporting and maintaining security products
  • Identifying threat activity, where you will ensure timely and accurate justification and communication of findings
  • Incident management, which includes documenting and managing security incidents and related findings
  • Performing gap analysis, where you will identify security gaps, assess their impact, and communicate them clearly
  • Security product management
  • Providing best-practice security input to strengthen JYSK's security posture

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Holds a relevant IT-related education, preferably with a focus on IT Security
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in a SOC (Security Operations Centre) or strong interest in incident response and analytics
  • Brings curiosity, clear communication and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on implementation
  • Works well both independently and in a team environment
  • Is organised, proactive and eager to develop new skills
  • Has familiarity with tools such as AV/EDR/DFIR tools, IPS, firewalls, SIEM, etc.
  • Previous experience with IT security projects or laboratory work is an advantage

Annual travel: Up to 20 days should be expected
