Collegial & dynamic Anesthesia Care Team (A.C.T.) model in desirable Bay Area location: Santa Clara, CA. CRNAs enjoy a diverse practice with excellent autonomy and a supportive atmosphere of caring team members in a well-equipped hospital facility. Generous (W-2) compensation & benefits package including 3-level retirement savings program, all personal & malpractice insurance coverage(s), generous paid time off, education leave, & more. Our CRNAs have flexibility in scheduling & are paid for all worked hours (salary + hourly). Provide care for inpatient & ambulatory surgical services, high-risk OB, & hospital emergencies. Some overnight coverage necessary & split fairly. All shifts are in-house with predictable end times. No call from home.
Selects and administers intravenous, spinal and other anesthetics prior to and during surgical or medical procedures, as a member of the anesthesia care team and in accordance with Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures. Monitors patient reactions and vital signs during and after anesthesia and takes remedial action when warranted. Submits postoperative report on patient condition, and maintains records of anesthetics administered. Performs procedures outside of the OR, in accordance with KP policies and procedures, established competency, and MD order.
Secondary Functions:
110,000 - 180,000 USD / yearly
