This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful launch of new product offerings within the National Product Design and Management (NPDM) organization. As part of the Product Operational Readiness team, you will help translate strategy into action by ensuring business areas, systems, and stakeholders are fully prepared for upcoming deployments. NPDM-s business strategy involves rapid execution and organizational change, and your work will directly contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of these initiatives.
Team members in Product Operational Readiness will collaborate across programs and business units to implement readiness plans, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support communication and training activities. You will help identify operational impacts, assist business partners in adopting new processes, and ensure teams are ready for go-live. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and help deliver new products that enhance the experience of our members and partners.
Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across one or more functional tracks or workstreams. Drives business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives. Leads the work of project/program team members by requesting and coordinating internal and/or external resources. Leads the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Manages complex, cross-functional projects/programs, and proactively monitors and identifies client, project, program, and/or business risks. Designs and leads change management plans associated with business initiatives. Drives assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
