Role Overview

As a Key Account Executive at PepsiCo in Hassa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, you will be part of the dynamic KSA sales team. Your mission is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, hit distribution targets, execute merchandising standards, collect receivables, and deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time role demands professionalism, integrity, and a passion for driving results in the competitive Food & Beverage sector. Reporting to sales leadership, you will manage key accounts, supervise merchandisers, and ensure execution excellence across stores.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact includes:

  • Visiting stores per the agreed journey plan to place orders (POs) using the Stock & Order tool, preventing overstocking or dumping.
  • Managing short-dated stock based on monthly freshness reports and adhering to the 0.2% stales policy budget.
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations, confirming statements quarterly, and collecting all dues on time.
  • Building strong relationships with store and section managers to achieve monthly sales targets with weekly phasing.
  • Supervising merchandisers through daily debriefs, coaching, and audits to ensure excellent SSFL execution outperforming competitors.
  • Implementing weekly activities, CDA, and rented visibilities on time, while reporting competitive activities and new product initiatives.

Performance Measures

Success is measured by sales targets, market share in customer stores, execution excellence, CDA implementation, timely updates, reconciliations, and collections.
