Role Overview

The Key Account Executive position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to sales leadership, you will manage key accounts, supervise merchandisers, and drive execution excellence to outperform competitors in the snacks sector.

As a Key Account Executive, you will follow structured journey plans, conduct daily debriefs with pre-sellers and merchandisers, and ensure compliance with all PepsiCo policies, including stales management (budgeted at 0.2% of store sales) and stock ordering protocols. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Distribution Management

Achieve monthly store targets with weekly phasing, visit stores per agreed journey plans to place orders (POs) using the Stock & Order tool, and prevent overstocking or dumping. Manage short-dated stock based on monthly freshness reports to minimize waste.

Account Management and Collections

Build strong relationships with store and section managers, perform monthly reconciliations, confirm quarterly statements of accounts, and collect all dues on time following established processes.

Execution and Merchandising

Ensure all weekly activities, CDA implementations, and rented visibilities are executed on time. Supervise merchandisers through daily meetings, coaching, and audits to maintain excellent SSFL execution outperforming competitors.

Reporting and Compliance

Report competitive activities, new products, or initiatives promptly. Send all agreed updates on time and abide by PepsiCo values, OT procedures, stales policy, and professional presentation standards.
