Role Overview

The Key Account Executive position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity involves maximizing sales volume, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, managing accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with pre-sellers and merchandisers, attend professional training, and contribute to PepsiCo's market leadership in snacks and beverages. Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Executive, your day-to-day impact includes:

  • Visiting stores per the agreed journey plan to place orders (POs) using the Stock & Order tool, preventing overstocking or dumping.
  • Managing short-dated stock based on monthly freshness reports and adhering to the stales policy (0.2% of store sales).
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations, collecting dues on time, and confirming statements of accounts quarterly.
  • Building strong relationships with section managers and store managers to drive business growth.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets with weekly phasing, while searching for opportunities to expand customer business.
  • Supervising merchandisers through daily debriefs, coaching, and audits to ensure excellent SSFL execution outperforming competitors.
  • Implementing weekly activities, CDAs, and rented visibilities on time, and reporting competitive activities.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance to reflect PepsiCo's premium image.

Performance Measures

Success is measured by sales targets, market share in customer stores, execution excellence, CDA implementation, and timely activity updates.
