Position Summary
The Key Account Manager (Creative) plays a pivotal role in our Client Service team, ensuring seamless delivery against commercial contracts while driving continuous improvements. Based onsite in Jakarta, this mid-level position involves managing key accounts, supporting team development, and optimizing creative packaging projects for top performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and strategic development of assigned accounts.
- Utilize artwork management tools and SWPs for efficient pre-artwork processes.
- Lead project management to achieve KPIs, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder updates.
- Serve as primary client contact, enhancing relationships through tailored communication.
- Provide expertise on print feasibility, substrates, and brand consistency.
- Handle quotes, invoicing, reporting, and profitability enhancements.
- Mentor staff, identify issues, and propose process and technology improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management within creative or packaging sectors.
- Strong skills in project management, client servicing, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with print production, artwork tools, and commercial practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Jakarta with a focus on collaboration.
