• Manage VM changes: Handle window activations, mannequin styling, signage, weekly/seasonal merch changes, and company campaigns.
• Research and innovate: Stay ahead of fashion trends, lifestyle, and demographics; conduct walk-throughs and photo reports.
• Engage guests directly: Connect on the sales floor, educate on products, and integrate omnichannel programs seamlessly.

Qualifications & Requirements
