Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Closing Support
- Perform all pre-rate lock compliance checks and prepare files for servicing.
- Verify receipt of BS/BO, DARQs, and insurance to prevent delays.
- Use Box.com for secure borrower due diligence.
Team Collaboration and Backup
- Assist Closers and team members, acting as backup with full ownership.
- Proactively seek additional tasks during low workload periods.
- Partner with Delivery team for efficient loan handoffs.
Risk Management
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks per procedures.
- Complete risk training and corrective actions on time.
- Maintain ethical standards and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent real estate experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and loan systems.
