Position Summary
The Associate Private Client Advisor at KeyBank partners closely with Private Client Advisors to deliver comprehensive investment solutions focused on planning and financial wellness for Mass Affluent clients. This evergreen role builds a talent pipeline for future opportunities in Corry, Pennsylvania. You'll collaborate with branch teams, develop Centers of Influence, and drive needs-based sales in a supportive branch environment. Key Responsibilities
Client Service and Sales
- Coordinate investment product delivery, client management, and service for Mass Affluent clients.
- Engage branch personnel to identify referrals and cross-sell Key Investment Services alongside core bank products.
- Employ consultative sales processes and assessment tools to offer tailored financial solutions.
Team Collaboration and Growth
- Participate in branch huddles, debriefs, and in-person client interactions.
- Assist in achieving sales production goals by managing leads, books of business, and financial planning.
- Build partnerships with Retail Branch Managers and Centers of Influence to grow revenue year-over-year.
Required Qualifications
To succeed, candidates must hold FINRA SIE, S7, S66 (or S63+S65), and required state insurance licenses upon hire or within the specified timeframe. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred, alongside financial services experience. Key skills include investment research, sales acumen, client focus, teamwork, and proficiency with financial systems. CFP certification is a plus. Comply with all KeyBank policies for ethical, professional conduct.
