Position Summary

  • Work book of business, lead lists, and referrals to meet sales production goals alongside Private Client Advisors.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and required FINRA licenses: S7 or SIE upon hire, plus S66 & state insurance license or S63 & S65. Tactical skills include due diligence research, strong sales track record, client-centric focus, and proficiency with financial systems. Personal skills encompass collaboration, critical thinking, influence, persuasion, and problem-solving. Licenses must be obtained timely if not held at hire; failure may result in termination.
