Position Summary

The Audit Manager - Asset Management role at KeyBank is pivotal in safeguarding our Asset Management business, including wealth management, investment advisory, and fiduciary services. Reporting to senior management, you will lead audit projects, manage a high-performing team, and drive risk intelligence initiatives. This position demands strategic oversight, advanced audit expertise, and a passion for developing talent in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced audit concepts in planning, fieldwork, reporting, and documentation.
• Prioritize multiple assignments, delegate effectively, and adapt to challenges while communicating with stakeholders.
• Deliver complex audit findings to senior and executive management with clear, audience-adapted communication.
• Lead oversight on complex audits, investigations, and ad hoc projects.
• Review work for compliance and stakeholder needs; contribute to risk processes, trainings, and team initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of audit or related experience, with knowledge of asset management regulations (Reg 9, SEC, DOL, ERISA).
• Expertise in wealth management, trust, estate planning, investment advisory, and fiduciary services.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
• CFIRS certification preferred; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
