Position Summary
As a Branch Manager at KeyBank in Bountiful, Utah, you'll be the face of our organization in the community. This leadership role combines team management, sales strategy, and client advocacy to help small businesses and individuals achieve financial wellness. You'll coach your team to execute our Branch Playbook, ensure operational excellence, and build lasting relationships through proactive outreach and expert financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-person branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client experiences
- Prospect small business clients through community networking and outside calling
- Manage branch operations, compliance, staffing, and performance coaching
- Facilitate daily huddles, debriefs, and joint sales activities
- Build strategic partnerships with KeyBank's investment, mortgage, and business banking teams
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, security, and internal control procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience with proven team success
- 3+ years small business banking experience (deposits/credit)
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit analysis (LTV, DTI, credit reports)
- Demonstrated success leveraging Centers of Influence (COIs) for business growth
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and partner influencing skills
Note: This role requires Saturday work as directed and a commitment to KeyBank's ethical standards.
