Position Summary
As a Branch Manager at KeyBank's Canby, OR location (200 NW Second Avenue, Canby, Oregon 97013), you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving branch goals through the Branch Playbook.
- Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing centers of influence for referrals.
- Manage branch operations, compliance, staffing, scheduling, and performance coaching.
- Grow business via retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics.
- Foster partnerships with internal lines of business and external networks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years sales leadership and small business banking experience.
- Knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit, and small business operations.
- Proven ability to leverage COIs, influence partners, and communicate effectively.

- Work Saturdays as directed and comply with all KeyBank policies
