Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing centers of influence for referrals.
- Drive branch growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
- Lead team development, sales processes, and partnerships with business lines like investments and mortgages.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, and performance coaching, including morning huddles and debriefs.
- Ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency; work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
- Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Demonstrated COI leveraging, partner influence, and public speaking skills.
