Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, coach, and motivate a team delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance through daily huddles and coaching.
- Instill KeyBank's vision, sales processes, and competitive knowledge.
Business Growth & Community Engagement
- Prospect small businesses through outside calling and on-site visits.
- Develop centers of influence (COIs) for referrals and partnerships.
- Drive retention, expansion, and acquisition to meet branch goals.
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee branch operations, security, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide team on procedures and timely task completion.
- Work Saturdays as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and financial statement knowledge.
- Expertise in consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports) and leveraging COIs.
- Strong public speaking, communication, and partner influencing skills.
