Key Responsibilities

• Embody client-first culture through active engagement with clients and teammates
• Conduct outside calling to small businesses and build community networks for referrals
• Drive branch success through sales retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies
• Lead team development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and operational procedures
• Foster partnerships with KeyBank lines of business like Investment Services and Mortgage

Ideal Candidate Profile

Seeking proven sales leaders with 3+ years in small business banking, financial statement knowledge, consumer credit expertise, and strong influencer skills. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities required.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years sales leadership experience coaching successful teams
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience
• Demonstrated financial acumen and COI leveraging skills
• Notary License (preferred)
