Position Summary

As a Branch Manager at KeyBank's Conshohocken location (101 West Ridge Pike), you'll be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and community leader. This full-time, mid-level role involves building and coaching high-performing teams, driving small business growth, and ensuring seamless branch operations. Lead with purpose, embody our client-first culture, and make a tangible difference in the financial journeys of local clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional client experiences through active engagement and personalized financial solutions.
• Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing centers of influence and referral networks.
• Grow branch business via retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies while meeting activity and outcome goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage branch teams using disciplined processes and recognition.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards, including timely task completion.
• Facilitate daily huddles, joint sales calls, and partnerships with KeyBank's investment, mortgage, and business banking teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and Saturday operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports), and COI leveraging.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and partner influence skills.
