Key Responsibilities
- Lead team development through coaching, training, and performance management to achieve branch goals.
- Prospect and grow small business relationships via community networking and centers of influence (COIs).
- Oversee branch operations, compliance, security, and regulatory adherence.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding of branch personnel.
- Drive client acquisition and retention using KeyBank's full suite of products and services.
- Foster partnerships with Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
- Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Demonstrated networking skills with COIs and business partners.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and influencing abilities.
- Notary License preferred; ability to work Saturdays as needed.
