Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outside calling to small business clients, developing centers of influence and referral networks.
- Drive branch success through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies, meeting activity and outcome goals.
- Lead team development, ensuring mastery of KeyBank products, sales processes, and competitive insights.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching for direct reports.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory, security, and operational procedures.
- Work Saturdays as needed and collaborate with business banking partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
- Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing business partners.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
