• Prospect and acquire small business clients through community networking, outside calling, and centers of influence (COIs).
• Manage all branch operations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent while optimizing staffing and schedules.
• Deliver consistent performance coaching, recognition, and growth opportunities for team members.
• Build strategic partnerships with KeyBank lines of business like Investment Services and Business Banking.
• Champion a client-first culture, embodying KeyBank's values in every interaction.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing business partners.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and community engagement skills.
