Position Summary
As a Branch Manager in New City, NY, you will lead a high-performing branch team, drive business growth, and serve as a market leader in the local community. This role focuses on exceptional client service, small business development, operational excellence, and team coaching. Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture, engaging personally with clients and teammates daily.
- Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing centers of influence for referrals.
- Grow branch business through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team on KeyBank products, sales processes, and competitive landscape.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance for direct reports.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and operational procedures.
- Partner with business lines like Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
- Work Saturdays as needed and handle additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
- Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing business partners.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
- Notary License preferred.
