Position Summary

As a Branch Manager at KeyBank's Ogden location (3565 Harrison Boulevard), you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional client service. This role combines leadership, sales expertise, and community engagement to drive branch success. You'll coach your team to analyze client needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, and execute the Branch Playbook to meet growth targets. With a focus on small business relationships, you'll serve as a market leader, fostering networks and centers of influence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and motivate a client-focused team through coaching, huddles, and performance management.
• Grow branch business via retention, expansion, and acquisition, with emphasis on small business clients.
• Conduct outside calling and community networking to secure referrals and deepen relationships.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, security, and regulatory adherence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding of branch team members.
• Partner with KeyBank lines of business like Investment Services and Mortgage for client referrals.
• Embody KeyBank's values, delivering impactful client experiences daily.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience and small business banking expertise.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Proven success leveraging COIs and influencing business partners.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
