Key Responsibilities
- Embody KeyBank's client experience culture while leading daily team interactions
- Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing centers of influence for referrals
- Grow branch business through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies
- Manage team staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and operational procedures
- Facilitate morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and joint sales activities
- Build partnerships with Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge
- Strong understanding of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports)
- Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing business partners
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
