Key Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture and engage directly with clients and teammates daily.
• Conduct outside calling to small business clients, developing centers of influence for referrals.
• Drive business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
• Lead team development, sales processes, and partnerships with KeyBank lines of business.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and performance coaching.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and operational procedures.
• Work Saturdays as directed and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales leadership experience coaching successful teams.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Proven ability to leverage COIs and influence business partners.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; Notary License preferred.
