- Foster partnerships with KeyBank lines of business and external Centers of Influence

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team success
- 3+ years small business banking experience (deposits/credit)
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit, and LTV/DTI ratios
- Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing business partners
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
