- Foster partnerships with KeyBank lines of business like Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit expertise and financial statement knowledge.
- Strong understanding of consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Demonstrated networking skills with Centers of Influence (COIs) and public speaking ability.
- Notary License preferred.
