Key Responsibilities
- Lead team development, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales and service goals
- Prospect small business clients through community networking and centers of influence
- Oversee branch operations, compliance, staffing, and regulatory adherence
- Deepen client relationships by recommending tailored financial solutions
- Partner with KeyBank lines of business including investments, mortgage, and business banking
Essential Leadership Functions
Embody KeyBank's client-first culture, manage schedules including Saturdays, and foster a reward-driven environment. Recruit top talent and deploy resources across branches for optimal coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team success
- 3+ years small business banking experience (deposits/credit)
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports)
- Demonstrated networking skills with COIs and business partners
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
