Position Summary

As a Branch Manager at KeyBank in Syracuse, NY, you'll lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture, being present for every interaction and driving positive outcomes.
• Lead outside calling and networking to acquire small business clients and develop referral sources.
• Grow branch business through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
• Manage team development, staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and operational procedures.
• Facilitate daily huddles, debriefs, and joint sales activities.
• Partner with KeyBank lines of business like Investments, Mortgage, and Business Banking.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team success.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing partners.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.

Note: This full-time role may require Saturday work and offers competitive salary (estimated $75,000-$110,000/year), benefits, and career advancement in banking jobs.
