Key Responsibilities

• Champion client experience by engaging personally with clients and teammates daily.
• Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing centers of influence for referrals.
• Grow branch business through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop team on products, sales processes, and KeyBank values.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and operational procedures.
• Build partnerships with business banking, mortgage, and investment services teams.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
• Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing partners.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; Notary License preferred.
