Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and motivate a team focused on outstanding client experiences and financial goal achievement
• Prospect small business clients through outside calling and community networking
• Achieve branch goals via retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies
• Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance protocols
• Conduct coaching sessions, huddles, and performance management
• Foster partnerships with business lines like Key Investment Services and Mortgage
• Work Saturdays as needed and adapt to evolving responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience with proven team success
• 3+ years small business banking experience, including deposits and credit
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports)
• Demonstrated success leveraging COIs and influencing partners
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
