Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture, engaging personally with clients and teammates daily.
- Conduct outside calling to small businesses, developing Centers of Influence (COIs) for referrals.
- Lead business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
- Manage team staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and operational procedures.
- Partner with KeyBank lines of business like Investments, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
- Execute the Branch Playbook to meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience with proven team coaching success.
- 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and operational knowledge.
- Strong grasp of financial statements, consumer credit (LTV, DTI, credit reports).
- Demonstrated COI leveraging and partner influence skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
- Notary License preferred; ability to work Saturdays as needed.
