  • Partner with Credit as first-level sponsor.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, ethical conduct, and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years in small business/commercial lending; 1+ year cross-selling with proven sales goal achievement.

Skills: Client-centric trust-building, innovative problem-solving, industry expertise, revenue focus, financial acumen, sales methodologies, and risk management. Occasional travel required; office environment with PC use and light lifting.
