Position Summary

The Business Banking Virtual Relationship Manager at KeyBank actively manages a portfolio of entry-level Business Banking and Commercial clients from a work-from-home setup in the Columbus, OH market. As a trusted advisor, you'll promote financial products, identify cross-selling opportunities, and deepen client engagement while mitigating run-off. This fully remote role requires residency in or around the Columbus area and offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.92 - $40.87 (approximately $56,000 - $85,000 annually).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Business Banking clients through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Cross-market products like loans, credit lines, and services via regular client calls and joint partner visits.
• Review financial statements, renew loans, and identify new lending opportunities.
• Aggressively retain profitable clients and strategically handle unprofitable relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all KeyBank policies, regulatory standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate virtually with Business Banking RMs, Branch Managers, and partners to enhance sales and client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a comparable role with strong customer service and selling skills.
• 1+ year financial services experience in business/commercial banking, including regulatory knowledge.
• 1+ year small business lending experience.
• Tactical skills: Trusted Advisor, Strategic Thinking, Revenue Driver, Risk Management.
• Must reside in or near Columbus, OH; occasional travel required.
