Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Client Engagement
- Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio of Business Banking Small Business clients.
- Proactively contact clients at set intervals to address needs and promote services.

Sales & Lending
- Make joint calls with partners to uncover opportunities.
- Review financials, assess credit, renew loans, and identify lending opportunities.
- Aggressively retain clients and mitigate run-off.
Operational Excellence
- Manage administrative tasks for compliance.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year in comparable role with customer service and selling skills.
- 1+ year financial services experience in business/commercial banking.
