Position Summary
The Commercial Booking Specialist plays a critical role in reviewing complex commercial loan documentation and booking transactions for specialty lines of business. This hybrid position (2 days in-office at 4910 Tiedeman Road, 3 days remote) offers Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM hours with overtime during peak periods. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with commercial lending expertise, offering $18.75-$25.00/hour ($39,000-$52,000 annually).
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan packages to ensure all documents protect the bank's position
- Book basic and complex commercial loans, including Letters of Credit and participations
- Interpret collateral and identify documentation exceptions
- Work efficiently in online image-enabled queues using dual monitors
- Resolve simple contradictions with Relationship Managers/Credit Officers
- Prioritize tasks, support virtual teams, and share best practices
- Research inquiries, provide customer service, and drive process improvements
- Partner across lines of business for common goals
Required Qualifications
