Position Summary
The Commercial Real Estate Account Manager II plays a critical role in servicing commercial real estate portfolios across CMBS & SASB, Agency (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, HUD), and Institutional verticals. Based at 11501 Outlook Street, Overland Park, Kansas, you'll ensure timely, efficient, and compliant loan management under servicing agreements, loan documents, and regulations. This mid-level full-time role offers a salary range of $56,000 - $85,000 annually, plus incentives, with flexible workspace options.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolios for compliance and implement servicing standard changes like new reporting technologies.
- Provide intensive servicing for underperforming loans, including inspections, financial analysis, and Watchlist Committee recommendations.
- Generate revenue through fees and late charges while collecting delinquencies.
- Process payments, reserves, insurance reviews, taxes, and yield maintenance payoffs.
- Maintain accurate data in loan servicing systems like RECWeb and McCracken/Strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial mortgage servicing experience, cash management, legal document review, real estate law, and system expertise.
