Position Summary

As a Commercial Relationship Manager at KeyBank in Denver, CO, you will serve as the trusted financial advisor for clients in the Colorado Springs area. This full-time role emphasizes acquiring new relationships, managing and growing existing ones, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions. Prospecting and supporting clients in Colorado Springs, we seek local candidates with strong risk management skills to uphold KeyBank's profitability standards. Base salary ranges from $116,000 to $216,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and expert for client matters, building long-term trusted partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth through active prospecting, qualification, and development of referral networks.
• Analyze client industries and businesses to provide customized solutions including cash management, derivatives, and equipment finance.
• Lead credit underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management to ensure asset quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Credit Officers, to address complex client needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Demonstrate risk acumen in credit, operational, and compliance areas as the first line of defense.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven business development, credit, and analytical skills in banking.
• Extensive knowledge of bank products and financial acumen.
• Must reside in Colorado Springs area; valid driver's license for travel.
