Based in Overland Park, KS, this hybrid position (2+ days in office) involves overseeing asset performance, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
As a Surveillance Analyst I, you will:
- Analyze annual inspections, quarterly rent rolls, occupancy, and operating statements to evaluate cash flows, debt yields, and market conditions.
- Manage the property inspection process, oversee vendors, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a Watchlist for high-risk properties and ensure borrower compliance with covenants.
- Research inquiries and communicate findings to borrowers, servicers, rating agencies, and investors.
- Perform intensive analysis on underperforming loans and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Account Management and keep loan data accurate.
Required Qualifications
We seek candidates with:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in commercial real estate, property analysis, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong skills in interpreting financial statements, assessing property risks, and understanding lease structures.
- Excellent communication for stakeholder interactions and ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
Compensation: $25.00 - $38.46 per hour ($52,000 - $79,917 annualized), plus incentives. Not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
