Position Summary

The Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) - Bilingual Spanish Preferred role at our Baldwin Place, NY branch is a dynamic hybrid position blending client servicing (70% of time) with proactive financial wellness engagement (30% of time). Located at 12 Tomahawk St, Baldwin Place, New York 10505, this full-time opportunity offers competitive pay in the range of $19.23 - $27.88 per hour (approximately $40,000 - $58,000 annually). Ideal for bilingual candidates, you'll build lasting client relationships, process transactions, and provide tailored financial solutions to help clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by processing transactions accurately and transitioning conversations to uncover financial needs.
• Act as a resource for complex servicing issues and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
• Develop partnerships with teammates and external influencers to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Maintain compliance, balance cash drawers, and stay current on KeyBank products, fees, and policies.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and proactive outreach including Saturdays as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in client relationship development, sales goal achievement, cash handling, and digital technology.
• Strong communication, sales skills, and ability to educate clients on banking channels like ATMs, online, and mobile apps.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; Notary License a plus.
• Excellent time management, integrity, and teamwork abilities.
