Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex servicing issues, maintain cash drawer balance, and adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, while building partnerships for client acquisition.
• Stay current on products, fees, and policies; educate clients on digital tools like mobile apps and online banking.
• Work Saturdays as needed and support branch performance through strategic time management.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; experience in sales, client relationships, cash handling, and PC/digital tech required.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and tele-consulting.
• Strong sales, service, communication, and time management skills with high integrity.
• Notary License preferred within 180 days.
