Position Summary
Join our Tooele, UT branch as a Financial Wellness Associate (FWA). In this hybrid platform role, you'll split your time between client servicing and transaction support (70%) and proactive client engagement (30%). As a key member of the branch team, you'll work closely with leadership to prioritize high-impact activities, solve problems, and drive branch performance. We're looking for passionate individuals who excel in relationship building and financial advising to help clients move forward on their financial paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a strong client experience culture while processing all financial transactions accurately.
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities during interactions and provide customized recommendations.
- Resolve complex servicing issues and transition clients to Bankers when needed.
- Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and branch choreography for optimal performance.
- Maintain cash drawer balance, follow compliance procedures, and build referral partnerships.
- Work Saturdays as directed and stay current on KeyBank products and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Proven experience in client relationship development, sales goals achievement, cash handling, and digital technology.
- Strong sales, service, communication, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of financial products like loans, credit cards, and investments (preferred).
- Notary License within 180 days (preferred).
