Position Summary
The Financial Wellness Associate (FWA) at KeyBank's Whitestown branch plays a vital role in our hybrid platform model. You'll spend 70% of your time on client servicing and transaction support, and 30% engaging clients in meaningful financial wellness conversations. As a trusted advisor, you'll uncover client needs, provide tailored solutions, and partner with branch leadership to drive performance. This full-time role offers competitive pay of $19.23 - $28.37 per hour ($39,958 - $59,010 annually) and the opportunity to make a real difference in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by processing transactions accurately and identifying relationship opportunities
- Listen for financial wellness cues during conversations and provide customized recommendations
- Resolve complex servicing issues and transition clients to Bankers when needed
- Balance cash drawers, follow compliance procedures, and participate in daily huddles
- Build partnerships with teammates and referral sources to drive client acquisition
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and KeyBank products
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in client relationship development, sales, and cash handling
- Comfortable with Windows-based PCs, calculators, and digital technologies
- Strong sales, service, and communication skills
- Excellent time management and high integrity
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
