Position Summary
As a Full-time Teller at KeyBank's Elkhart location (138 W. Hively Ave, Elkhart, IN 46517), you'll be the face of the bank, welcoming clients, processing transactions, and uncovering opportunities for financial wellness. This role offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $23.08 per hour (approximately $37,440 - $47,994 annually) and prefers bilingual Spanish speakers to better serve our diverse community. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person client service, handling deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing.
- Listen actively during conversations to identify financial needs and refer to bankers for deeper discussions.
- Proactively resolve client issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Participate in daily huddles, maintain compliance with security procedures, and balance cash drawers.
- Promote banking products, educate on digital channels like ATM and online banking, and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Proven client service and cash handling experience.
- Strong PC skills with Windows applications and calculator proficiency.
- Excellent sales, service, and time management skills with high integrity.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred; Notary License a plus.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.
