Position Summary

As a Full-time Teller at our Elkhart branch located at 3821 S Main Street, you will be the face of KeyBank, delivering exceptional in-person service to new and existing clients. This role is ideal for bilingual Spanish speakers preferred, offering a salary range of $18.00 - $23.08 per hour ($37,440 - $47,994 annually). Tellers handle transactions, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to connect clients with deeper financial solutions, all while embodying our client-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experiences by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account services accurately and efficiently.
• Listen actively during conversations to uncover financial needs and seamlessly transition clients to bankers for wellness discussions.
• Balance cash drawers, follow strict compliance and security protocols, and proactively resolve servicing issues.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and Saturday shifts as needed.
• Educate clients on products, digital banking channels like ATM, online, and telephone banking, while promoting financial health tools.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven client service and cash handling experience.
• Comfortable with PC software, Windows applications, and calculators.
• Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Notary License is a plus; ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.
