Position Summary
KeyBank is hiring a Full-time Teller - Bilingual Spanish Preferred at our 55 Burnett Boulevard location in Poughkeepsie, New York. Earn $18.00 - $23.08 per hour ($37,440 - $47,994 annually) while delivering outstanding client service. As a Teller, you'll be the face of KeyBank, solving problems, building relationships, and referring clients to deeper financial wellness solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person client experiences by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Listen for financial needs during conversations and seamlessly transition clients to bankers.
- Handle cash responsibly, balance drawers, and adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols.
- Proactively resolve servicing issues and educate clients on products, fees, and digital banking tools like ATM, online, and mobile banking.
- Participate in daily huddles, work Saturdays as needed, and collaborate with teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Proven client service and cash handling experience.
- Comfortable with Windows-based PCs, calculators, and basic software.
- Strong ethics, time management, and communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Notary License is a plus.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs., and occasional driving.
