Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-person client experiences by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account services accurately.
• Proactively identify client issues, resolve them efficiently, and escalate when necessary.
• Engage in conversations to spot financial opportunities and seamlessly transition clients to bankers.
• Balance cash drawers, adhere to compliance and security protocols, and participate in daily huddles.
• Educate clients on products, digital banking tools like ATM, online, and telephone banking.
• Work Saturdays as needed and perform additional duties to support branch operations.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven client service and cash handling experience.
• Comfortable with Windows-based PCs, calculators, and basic software.
• Strong ethics, time management, and teamwork skills; Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs., and communicate effectively.
