Position Summary

As a Full-time Teller at KeyBank in Parma, Ohio, you'll be the face of our branch, providing top-tier client service while handling transactions and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships. Earn $18.00 - $23.08 per hour ($37,440 - $47,994 annually) in a role that combines problem-solving, sales skills, and community impact. This mid-level position requires standing for extended periods and occasional Saturday shifts, offering a dynamic environment for banking careers in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-person client experiences by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account services accurately.
• Listen actively during conversations to uncover financial needs and seamlessly transition clients to bankers for deeper discussions.
• Proactively resolve servicing issues, balance cash drawers, and adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols.
• Educate clients on products, fees, digital banking channels like ATM, online, and mobile apps.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and collaborate with teammates for smooth branch operations.
• Promote financial wellness tools to help clients meet their goals.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
• Comfortable with Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and sales skills.
• Ability to stand 5-8 hours daily, lift up to 30 lbs., and occasionally drive.
• Notary License preferred; knowledge of banking regulations a plus.
